讲授英国文学、西方文化、西方思想经典选读、美国小说、英美诗歌、传媒翻译等课程。出版专著4部，译著7部，教材、词典5部，发表论文30余篇,完成教育部项目2项。

YANG Jiping is a professor of Literature, academic adviser for MA and MTI programs, and the director of Literature and Culture Studies Center in the School of Humanities at BUPT. She received her PhD in Literature at Beijing Foreign Studies University, and worked as a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at University of Virginia, and a visiting scholar at University of Cambridge. She teaches British Literary History, Western Culture, English and American Poetry, American Novels, and Media Translation. Her academic interests are British and American literature, and literary translation. She has authored 4 monographs, translated 7 novels, edited 5 textbooks and dictionaries, and published over 30 journal articles. She has also directed 2 research projects funded by China’s Ministry of Education.
